TWiMFeST Anounces First Wave of Bands For First Annual Festival

Two Way Monologues and The Indie Machine are thrilled to jointly announce our first wave of acts for October’s TWiMFeST – the new artist/fan-centred festival with no fees, no radius clause, and paid gigs for performers. After countless hours of listening and internal debate, we can proudly share the initial lineup. There are many more acceptances to come, but this is truly a powerhouse start. More details on the St. John’s side of TWiMFeST will be released later this week, but a few confirmed bands are announced below as well.
Some of the early TWiMFeST highlights include the hardest working CHUD in show business – alt-troubadour B.A. Johnston (who will be returning to Rancho Relaxo for the first time in years), one of the best rising bands in the country, Montreal electro indie-pop outfit Diamond Bones, an incredible U.S. psych surf-pop band out of Buffalo by the name of Aircraft, and local favourites such as Persian Rugs, Trevor James & the Perfect Gentlemen, and Sun Stone Revolvers.
